At the end of September mPower hosted a cross border knowledge and learning event for over 50 clinicians and health professionals in Enniskillen. The event was jointly hosted by HSE, Southern Health and Social Care Trust and Western Health and Social Care Trust. The event explored the delivery of Respiratory Care best practice, pathways and technology and provided information, education and shared experience of effective Respiratory Care whilst integrating eHeath interventions, treatment and self-management.
The host partners presented alongside Respiratory Care experts from NHS Scotland Highlands and NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Each shared their successes and challenges in integrating eHealth solutions into clinical practice. In the afternoon workshops were facilitated by Kelly McGrogan and Paula Burns, both Programme Managers at NSS meaning participants were able to take back actionable plans to their teams.
