mPower exceeds targets

In 2017, when funding was granted to the mPower project by SEUPB, an eHealth target was set for the end of 2018. The goal was to give 700 people access to eHealth tools to support their health and wellbeing. At the end of 2018 we were delighted to congratulate our partners in exceeding targets and achieving 760 eHealth actions.

We are delighted to have contributed to SEUPB’s own programme targets and to have met and worked with so many citizens who are reaping the benefits of mPower. The achievements are a testament to the hard work and determination of all the local deployment teams to engage their services and establish productive relationships with colleagues. They have been supported by the expertise of our core teams in designing an mPower project that makes an impact at local levels.

We have three more exciting years to explore, develop and collaborate with citizens to achieve improved self-management of health and wellbeing.
